Jade P I have used pronto tech for a number of devices in the past, we have a 10 year old son so as you can imagine.. A lot of gadgets and a lot of droppages. Wes is amazing, reliable, friendly and very very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. Well I say go anywhere else but another bonus is that he comes to you. 10/10 would recommend.

I smashed the back of my Huawei p30, Wes collected it from my home address and I had it back and ready to use within an hour and a half!
I had put off getting it fixed as I didn't want to take it to a shop and them keep it for days as they have in the past with a previous phone.
There was an issue with the glass that Wes had received and when he put it on it was lifting slightly in one corner, he ordered a new one and came back and fitted it for no extra cost which I think is amazing considering it wasn't his error. He kept in touch every step of the way and informed me as soon as he received the glass and booked in to come and collect my phone at a time that was suitable for me.
Both times Wes came to collect my phone he was friendly and I felt reassured that my phone was in safe hands.
I would definitely recommend prontotech to anybody that needs help with their phones or tablets.
